ATPE is proud to sponsor the Texas Tribune’s live conversation February 25 with Rep. Harold Dutton Jr. He’ll discuss his agenda as the new chair of the House Public Education Committee, as well as the state of public education in Texas—from funding to aid during the pandemic. Click here to register.
The event will also be available to watch on demand afterward—we know ATPE members will be busy in the classroom! After the conclusion of the live event, you can watch the archived conversation here.
Rep. Dutton is also on the closing session panel for ATPE at the Virtual Capitol. This panel will focus on what educators can expect from the 87th Texas Legislature.
